Shure KSM32/SL Condenser Mic
There is more to a musical performance than just sound alone. There is heart, energy, mood. And only a studio microphone of extraordinary quality can preserve such subleties. The Shure KSM32 Cardioid Condenser Microphone is just such an instrument. The KSM32SL features Class A, transformerless preamplifier circuitry which improves linearity across the full frequency range. It also provides the exceptionally low shelf noise and increased dynamic range necessary for highly critical studio recording. The embossed, ultra-thin, high compliance diaphram provides the excellent transient response necessary to faithfully reproduce any sound. An integrated three-stage pop protection grille guards against wind and breath noise and the elastic shock mount greatly reduces external vibrations.

Pros & Cons :the ksm32 is an outstanding studio mic - probably the cleanest, warmest sounding condenser priced under a $1000.
